2. Information We Collect

To fulfill our service commitments, we collect the following categories of information:

  • Account details: Names, email addresses, phone/WhatsApp contact credentials, and company registration details.
  • Store data: Store API tokens, product listings, order data (customer addresses, purchased items), and SKU configurations synchronized via our ERP systems.
  • Sourcing requests: Target product links, target wholesale pricing specifications, branding mockups, and estimated monthly volumes.

3. How We Use Your Data

We utilize the collected information strictly for operational and service optimization purposes:

  • To sync pending orders from your Shopify, WooCommerce, or TikTok Shop platforms automatically.
  • To execute multi-stage quality control checks, secure packaging, and generate custom branded shipping labels.
  • To coordinate global air-express and postal carrier dispatching (USPS, YunExpress, DHL) and push tracking numbers back to your store.
  • To negotiate wholesale manufacturing pricing and custom packaging options directly with factories.

4. Data Security & Retention

We prioritize your business data's security. All synchronized store API credentials, client order listings, and personal details are processed over TLS 1.3 encrypted tunnels and stored in secure, firewalled servers. We restrict database access exclusively to authorized warehouse managers and sourcing specialists. We retain order history records only as long as necessary to process shipping disputes or fulfill accounting audits.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not rent, sell, or trade your store data or customer details. We share customer delivery addresses solely with shipping carriers (such as YunExpress, DHL, or USPS) to deliver packages. We may share manufacturer requirements with verified factory owners to fulfill custom product sourcing quotes, ensuring your intellectual property remains private.

6. Your Rights
