PGS Tech Limited ("Gray Poplar", "we", "our", or "us") provides e-commerce supply chain services, including factory direct product sourcing, quality control inspection, warehouse inventory management, custom branded packaging, and global logistics dispatching.
You (the client merchant) agree to coordinate store orders and inventory integrations in compliance with local laws. You warrant that all sourced products, design logos, and custom inserts do not violate intellectual property rights. You are responsible for ensuring that address details synchronizing from your store are valid and deliverable.
Fulfillment operations require upfront payment or pre-funded balances. Settle your accounts based on our invoicing schedule:
Average delivery speeds of 5-12 business days for air-express lanes are estimates. We do not assume liability for package delivery delays caused by customs hold-ups, severe weather conditions, last-mile postal strikes, or carrier logistics failures. You are responsible for any destination country import tariffs or taxes unless shipping through our DDP (Duty Paid) special line channels.
We perform 100% manual quality checking on items before packing. In case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly packaged items, we offer a free reshipment or refund. To file a claim, merchants must submit photo or video evidence of the defect or damage within 15 days of the package arrival date.
We offer up to 30-60 days of complimentary warehouse storage space for active, selling stock. We reserve the right to charge storage fees or dispose of dead stock/inactive inventory that remains unsold or abandoned in our warehouse for more than 60 days without written notice.
